Edith Moore has been employee at Broward Children Center for 12 years. She joined the organization in 1995 as a teacher's assistant at our preschool for children with special needs. In 1998 our special needs preschool started an inclusion classroom of which she became the teacher. In 2006 Broward Children’s Center and St. Martin's Episcopal church had a vision to start an Intergenerational Preschool of which Edith became the director. At Building Bridges Preschool she works with a great team of four teachers and a group of 32 children. Edith is a Child Development Associate, has her State of Florida Director’s Credential and her Florida Department of Children & Families 40 hour certificate in Early Childhood Education, and is currently earning her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.

For more than 37 years, Broward Children’s Center has been providing medical, educational, and advocacy services to infants, children, and young adults with special needs.
