POMPANO BEACH, FL (8.04.08)- At approximately 9:00am this morning, Broward Children's Center's Group Home One experienced an electrical fire which caused an estimated $362,000.00 in necessary renovations. All residents and staff escaped the fire without injury thanks to quick thinking and swift action on behalf of Group Home staff.
All Group Home residents have been temporarily moved to the Center's nearby Respite Home. To support the Center's Group Home restoration, you can donate online or you may contact Thor via email or at 954.410.4410.
