Dania Beach Preschool Update

Doors open on our newest 12,000sq-foot Dania Beach Preschool in April 2010. The new school will also provide K-5 afterschool and summer services . For enrollment information contact us.

Holiday Happenings

The Center had an active holiday season thanks to community partners including, Pompano Beach Chick-fil-A, the NFL Alumni Association, Broward Sheriff's Office, and the Crockett Foundation. Pictures

GreenProfits for BCC

The Center and GreenProfit Solutions, Inc. have teamed up for a partnership that has seen the Center undertake a ground breaking sustainability plan to become a certified "green" nonprofit. More

New Strides in Technology

A collaboration with Synapse Biomedical Inc. to implement a diapragm pacing system (DPS) may eliminate ventilator dependancy for some Center residents. View a DPS Center presentation. A second collaboration with Georgia Tech. could also soon see a tongue implant control wheelchair movement.

Making Connections

Leadership Fort Lauderdale's Class XVI visited the Center in Decemeber as part of its efforts to introduce community leaders to the healthcare environment in our community.
