Broward Children's Center operates its transportation programs and services without regard to race, ethnicity, and national origin in compliance with Title VI of the Human Rights Act. Anyone who believes they have been illegally discriminated against on TIV VI can file a complaint with Broward Children's Center.

A person filing a complaint can send it directly to the Florida Department of Education. To do so file the complaint with District 4 Title VI Co-ordinator Adrienne Brown at adrienne.brown@dot.state.fl.us
