Even though so much has changed and uncertainty looms, some things must continue to move forward. Compassionate care and services are STILL being delivered to the nation’s most vulnerable children especially during this time of high risk where social distancing has become critically necessary.
As the community thinks of ways to be together while remaining at least 6 feet apart, Broward Children’s Center is offering several opportunities for supporters and friends to connect with the kids and staff. The organization has labeled this time the “Love Is An Open Door” season.
There’s something for everyone wishing to virtually enter in bringing love and hope where it is needed most.
Ways To Help and Connect
Show Love on Social Media – @BCCkids
Post a video update on your profile singing or lip syncing Love Is An Open Door.
Use hashtag #LoveIsAnOpenDoor and tag @BCCkids to send waves of musical love for the duration of the quarantine season.
Provide Meals to BCC Medical Heroes
Have meals delivered to our medical heroes from a Pompano restaurant partner. Currently, Broward Children’s Center uses 2 shifts of about 35 medical heroes to deliver care and therapy. The best time for delivery is 6:45am or 6:45pm at the change of shifts. NOTE: Aroma Joes and Starbucks are excellent choices for 6:45am delivery.

Call Brus Room Pompano directly at 954-785-2227 to place an order. The local Pompano Beach restaurant has supported the children at Broward Children’s Center for many years and is conveniently located nearby.
Use Uber Eats to schedule a delivery from Aroma Joes, Starbucks or And Fish Kitchen and Grill. All are long standing Broward Children’s Center supporting partners.
Use the Chick Fil A App to place an order with Chick Fil A Pompano Beach, another well loved BCC partner.
